It turns into a Watch subscription and the first payment goes through. We email you a few days before, so it never comes as a surprise.

The free week is on Watch, and it's once per account. If you already know you need every assistant, Growth and Scale start straight away, and you can move between plans whenever you like.

Any time, from your billing settings. Moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down, what you've already paid is credited to your next bill.

One button in Settings. No emails, no calls. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, and if you change your mind before then, you can switch it back on.

If you plan to track for more than a few months, yes. You pay for ten months and get twelve, billed once a year.

Prices are in US dollars. If you're an EU business with a VAT number, add it at checkout and the reverse charge applies; otherwise VAT is added where it's due. Every invoice is waiting in your billing settings.
